Wondershare Filmora comes with 2 different video editing modes – Easy Mode and Full Feature Mode with two skins (light skin and dard skin) to meet your video editing needs. You can shift the skin promptly by selecting LIGHT SKIN or DARK SKIN at the right corner.

After launching Filmora, choose a mode to get started. Please make sure you select the right aspect ratio for your video display (4:3 or 16:9) when you start working on your project.
1. Easy Mode
Easy Mode lets you easily create your own movie by providing various built-in themes. Simply import photos/video clips, choose a theme, add music and you're done.
Tips: Easy mode will select the best scenes of your work to export automatically. So if you need to export your project with full duration, please choose Advanced mode to create your work. Plus the projects created in Easy mode and Advanced mode are not interchangeable.
2. Full Feature Mode
Full Feature Mode comes with all the fully-customizable timeline editing features to arrange scenes, edit clips, and add polish to your movie.
Run Filmora and choose Full feature mode to enter.
1. Media Library: The Library is the source for all your media, including video clips, photos, and music. It also houses transitions, effects, and a variety of other media assets that you can use in your projects.
2. Preview Window: The Preview Window shows the current video being played on the Timeline or Storyboard.
3.Toolbar: The toolbar provides easy access to many editing commands. You can change your project view, zoom in and out on the Timeline, and launch different tools that can help you edit efficiently.
4. Timeline/Storyboard: The Timeline or Storyboard is where you assemble the media clips for your video project. You can click;to switch between the Timeline and Storyboard view.
