Activity Rules

This activity will be valid from September 28, 2024, to October 21, 2024. During this period, users must complete specified tasks to earn lucky draw chances. Participants must be at least 18 years old. This activity complies with local laws, regulations, and policies, and is not applicable in countries and regions where such activities are prohibited. Winners will be announced within one month after the activity ends, no later than November 21, 2024. Prizes include one iPhone 16 (128 GB), one iPhone 16 Plus (128 GB), and one iPhone 16 Pro (128 GB).

If shipping is impossible due to force majeure, winners may choose a cash equivalent in local currency, with applicable taxes deducted. Any taxes or fees associated with the prize or cash equivalent must be borne by the winner. Winners will be announced via Facebook, Instagram posts, and the activity page, and we will also contact winners via private message or email. Participants must ensure their contact information is accurate. Winners must contact us within 3 days of notification with a valid mailing address or select the cash equivalent option. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

The organizer is not liable for shipping delays or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, policy changes) that may prevent prize delivery. The organizer will also not be liable for any loss, delay, misdelivery, or damage to participants' information due to network, technical, hardware, or software failures. If a participant is found to have used improper means (e.g., cheating, or providing false information), the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the activity and prize eligibility. In case of any disputes regarding activity rules or results, participants agree that the organizer's final decision, in line with activity rules and laws, will be binding.
