Wondershare ID FAQ: Why am I still on the 'free plan' after I purchased the program?

If you are signed in to your Wondershare ID and can see that you are still on the 'free plan', despite having made a purchase, use the Refresh icon to refresh your account. If that doesn't work, try logging out and then back in again.

If you have already tried these methods, please also check:

(1). Your license

There are two versions of both Filmora9 and FilmoraPro: Windows and Mac. Licenses are not compatible across operating systems. If you purchased a Windows license you won't be able to activate it on a Mac and if you purchased a Mac license you won't be able to activate it on a Windows computer.

(2). Your login email address

Make sure you are signed in using the email address which was used to make your purchase. This is the email address your license is linked to. If you have a Wondershare ID linked to a different email address, you'll need to sign out and sign back in with the correct account.

(3). The computer

Have you previously activated your license on another computer? You may need to sign out on the previous computer before you can link it to a new one. You can also disassociate your license from an old computer through your Wondershare ID:

First, go to https://filmora.wondershare.com/ and sign in to your Wondershare ID.

Then, go to Plans & Products -> Product Plans -> Manage Devices -> Remove Device

(4). The network

Please make sure that there is network connection.
