Update generally refers to a minor version release while upgrade refers to a major version release like Filmora9 to Filmora X.
Perpetual plan includes all updates to the current major version, but doesn't include upgrades to future major versions. And subscription plan includes all updates and upgrades during the subscription period.
No. PC (Windows) licenses can only be used on PC computers and Mac licenses can only be used on Mac computers. If you move from a Mac to a Windows PC, or a Windows PC to a Mac, you will not be able to transfer and activate your license on the new computer. However, if you have an Individual Plan and make a commercial video (i.e. a video including paid product placement) then you will need to state in your video's description that it was made with Filmora.
If your YouTube channel is for a company or brand, you should purchase the Business Plan. If it’s not, you can choose one of the Individual Plans.
