Part One: Spin the Wheel, Unlock Surprises
1.During the event, each user has one lottery chance per day. 2.By inviting friends to complete registration, a user can get an additional lottery chance (up to five invitations are allowed during the event).
3.The prizes of this event include Pocket Osmo、7-Day Creative Assets、500 AI Credits、30% OFF Coupon Yearly Plan Creative Assets and 20% OFF Coupon Filmora Perpetual.
4.Except for the OSMO Pocket prize, other prizes will be automatically credited to the winning accounts. Winners should use them within the specified time.
5.OSMO Pocket is a physical prize. The official will contact the winners by email and ask them to provide relevant information (within 15 working days after the end of the event). Winners need to reply within three days. If there is no reply, it will be regarded as giving up by default.

Part Two: Create Videos, Capture Precious Moments
1.Each participant is limited to submitting one video as an entry.
2.The content of participants must be original and without plagiarism. Replies, retweets, and reposts will be excluded from the contest.
3.Wondershare Technology reserves the right to disqualify submissions that have irrelevant themes without context or captions to accompany the entries.
4.Users whose works meet the requirements will receive a prize distribution email before January 31st.

Wondershare has the right to disqualify participants who engage in the following behaviors at its own discretion: tampering with or attempting to tamper with the entry process or competition operation; violating the competition terms and conditions; violating Wondershare's service terms, terms of use or general rules or guidelines; engaging in unethical or disruptive behavior or intentionally harassing, abusing, threatening or intimidating others. These terms and conditions are governed by Chinese law. Any dispute arising from or related to this competition shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration for arbitration in accordance with its effective rules, and no lawsuit may be filed in any other court.
