Scenarios that are authorized to be used
Personal Use
  • Personal Account
 Only for personal non-profit use (non-commercial), can be used on social networking platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc. Application scenarios include personal original videos, online short videos, and other content.
  • Personal Film and Television Works
 Only for personal creative use (non-commercial), application scenarios include non-profit projects such as independent films, independent documentaries, independent animations, etc.
  • Personal Life
 Only for personal use in daily life (non-commercial), application scenarios include non-profit projects such as personal travel videos, aerial photography, family videos, graduation projects, etc.
Scenarios that are NOT authorized to be used
Social Media Videos (for profit purposes)
  • Videos published on social media platforms (such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for profit-making purposes, including videos containing advertisements or works published by self-media accounts that have opened traffic subsidies.
Commercial Advertising/
Promotional Videos
  • Playback on online platforms.
  • Television and offline playback.
  • Distribution on various promotional channels such as television, online platforms, and offline venues. Application scenarios such as product promotional videos, corporate promotional videos, subway advertisements, elevator advertisements, commercial advertisements, public service advertisements, etc.
Radio dramas/
Audio books
  • Background music for audio books and radio dramas.
Online education
  • Used for commercial teaching, distributed on various platforms or apps. Application scenarios include background music for online courses and live streaming classes.
Live streaming
  • Used for online live streaming, as well as for live broadcasting of sport events, games, e-commerce, outdoor activities, food, etc., and also cannot be used for commercial purposes or distributed on other platforms.
Other scenarios that are NOT authorized
  • Used for PR/Event/branding purposes, including adaptation, cover, or recording.
  • Used as material for analysis or research, such as training data for AI.
  • Used as NFT resources.
  • Reselling, transferring, redistributing, sublicensing, or sharing the material usage rights with third parties.
  • Engaging in political activities, such as campaigning, advertising, or supporting any political party, candidate, or elected official, or being involved in any political strategy or viewpoint.
  • Used to create resale products (physical or virtual).
  • Used to create trademarks or commercial logos.
  • Using video screenshots for promoting, advertising, or publicizing derivative works containing the related video.
  • Using video content designated for "editorial use" for commercial purposes.

Frequently Asked Questions

The audio assets are allowed to be used for web videos, audio blogging, webcasting, etc. You can publish the videos (including audios) on your personal channel on popular platforms without commercial use, such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
Our Individual License allows for 1 person to use the audio assets. Our Team License offers access to 5 individuals for personal use. If you want to purchase a business plan for more than 5 users, please contact our sales team. The commercial license for audio assets are coming soon.

If you download or/and use Assets (e.g. music, SFXs) through Filmora, Audiostock Inc. licenses the Assets directly to you, and the Audiostock Terms of Service (the "ToS"), except for the following, shall apply. In this case, "User" and "Subscription User" used in the ToS shall mean "you".

▪ Matters relating to registration, Audiostock account or withdrawal from Audiostock or the Subscription Service provided by Audiostock (collectively "Audiostock Service").

▪ Duration of the Audiostock Service, or the suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

▪ Handling of the Preview Data.

▪ Payments to Audiostock Inc.

However, if you lose your status in Filmora to access the Assets, you will be treated in the same manner as if you are no longer a Subscription User.
