Creating a fun effect which can help you add invisible hands while getting ready seems pretty cool. Creating this effect is simple.
First you need to shot a few videos and then import those files into Filmora 11 timeline to proceed.
In this effect you suppose that some floating items are helping you get ready. So to create his floating effect, you need a mirror. Shot a video by standing and pretending to get ready where you pretend to hold an item in your hand. Bring in that item and then place it on wherever it needs to go. Try to choose items that have a sharp end and are not round or any other shape which not easy to take out.
How to Create a Floating-Toothbrush Effect
What you need to prepare:
- A computer (Windows or macOS)
- Your video materials.
- Filmora video editor
Shot videos
Record two shots, standing in front of a mirror, pretending to be getting ready with some tools which you want to see moving in your video by adding the floating effect. The items which you want to move through this effect should be held with a stick which will soon be masked.

Launch Filmora Editor
Download and install Filmora. Launch the Filmora editor and you will reach the main timeline.

Import the recorded shots to Timeline
Atter installing Filmora, you will reach the timeline. Import your video shots into the Filmora 11 timeline. Place your empty shot on the bottom track and your acting short on the top.

Mask out the sides
You do not want to focus on things other than the subject who is getting ready. You can divert focus on the subject by simply cutting the extra edges out of your video. Mask out the side of the mirror. Turn your empty a shot into a freeze-frame by going to speed > freeze frame.

Go to mask and put double line mask right on top. You are on left with a reflection now. Also, be sure to feather out the sides before moving forward. Do this for both of your shots.

Export the video
Export the video > bring it into a new project. Import your base video to get rid of the top part and replace it with new video that you just exported. Keep the empty shot because you still need to do some masking.

Make a cut to show the tools
To see when the first tool shows up in your video, use your left and right arrow keys to find out exactly where the stick starts to show up and then make a cut. In the first half where you have a brush, you need to mask out a stick in the frame. Use the rectangular mask on the first video. Scroll down and invert the mask.

Resize it and make it perfect for the stick. Place the mask right at the start of the stick and then increase the blur strength.

Resize and Reshape the Mask
Resize the key frame and reshape the mask by zooming in 50-75%.

Add a key frame, move and rotate the mask through arrows.

Zoom out and then just cut the rest of your video. Move your arrow keys to move it into place so you can have floating tools just flying around and helping you prepare for a day.

Mask out reflections and shadows
Export this video once again and then bring it back into the project Bring in the base video, go to mask and use the double line mask once again to mask out the reflection. Increase the bur strength and then, invert the mask. Make a cut in the first frame. And hit OK.

Select your empty shot, press control C and then hit control V. Go to mask and use a rectangle. Increase blur strength and animate the position to avoid shadow. Add key frames to add movement of the tools and do the same with the second frame.

Add Color Grading
Add some color grading and finish it off with some additional key frames. Clear the timeline and bring in your final video. Add the hand-held effect and go to animation to create random key frames for scaling, changing the position or rotating.

Add other Effects
The editing though does justice but you definitely are never too late to add more attractive filters to give your final product a wholesome look. Add a simple LUT to tie the whole video together to finish with adding the effect.
