Filmora Points Rules Guide (Updated on March 10, 2025)
The following rules apply exclusively to the Filmora Referral Program on the Filmora desktop version and the Tasks Center on the Filmora mobile app (hereinafter referred to as "tasks"). If the detailed rules of specific tasks differ from these general rules—such as task content, the number of tasks users can participate in, task rewards, and point redemption benefits—the specific task rules shall prevail. Due to limitations related to users’ Wondershare ID, application version, and other factors, some users may not be able to participate in this program or may only have access to certain features. 1.Earning Points
Users must log in to their Wondershare account to participate in this program and receive points. Points can be earned through the following methods:
- Filmora Desktop: Users can earn points by successfully inviting friends to register for Filmora and by participating in other promotional activities(eg. Filmora Achievement Program where users can earn points by completing badge tasks). The specific number of points awarded will depend on the event details.
- Filmora Mobile: Users can earn points by successfully inviting friends to register for Filmora or by completing various tasks available in the Tasks Center on the Filmora iOS or Filmora Android apps. The specific number of points awarded will depend on the event details.
2. Redeeming Points
Once users have earned points by completing tasks, they can visit Filmora Account Center - Rewards Center to redeem rewards provided by Filmora. The available rewards include:
- AI Credits
- Free Filmora Access
- Free Filmora Creative Assets Access
- Discounts
- Other rewards
The validity period of each reward will be specified in the reward details.
3. Points Validity
- Points are valid for 180 days from the date you earned.
- If unused within the validity period, the points will expire and become invalid.
4.Points Clearance
- Users must redeem their points within the validity period. Expired points will be automatically cleared by the system.
- If a user violates platform rules or engages in fraudulent activity(e.g., maliciously earning points through improper means), Filmora reserves the right to clear the points from that user’s account.
5.Points Deduction
- Points will be deducted automatically after they are used to redeem rewards.
- If a user is found to have engaged in misconduct (e.g., exploiting the system to gain points fraudulently), Filmora reserves the right to deduct the illegally obtained points without refund.
6.Points Freezing
- If a user's account is banned due to abnormal transactions or violations of platform rules (e.g., deliberately damaging Filmora’s brand reputation or completing tasks through unauthorized means), the points in that account will be temporarily frozen and cannot be used.
- If the violation is resolved, the points will be restored for normal use. However, if the violation is confirmed, Filmora reserves the right to permanently clear the frozen points.
