Auto Audio Ducking

Audio ducking means lowering the volume of things like background music in order for your dialogue to be heard more clearly. Here are the steps about how to apply it.

1 Select the clip or clips you want to apply audio ducking to (select the clips you want to hear more clearly, not the ones you want to lower the volume on).

2 Click on the video in the timeline, and you will see the "Audio Enhancer" button in the "Video" section on the right panel. Simply turn it on.

3 Find the Ducking option and select the lower volume of other clips. A slider will appear, which you can use to adjust the volume.
