Step 1. With the video clip imported into the Media Library, drag it onto the timeline and start playing it in the preview window.

Step 2. Look for the specific frame, stop it at the point, and click the Snapshot icon just below the preview window to take the screenshot successfully.

Step 3. Set up a name and format according to your requirement for the snapshot along with the location and view it getting added to the Media Library. You can also enable the option of setting the snapshot as your video thumbnail.
