Step 1. Add Video File and Start Applying Effects

After launching Filmora on your desktop, continue to set up a video project with the “New Project” button. On leading into the editing interface, add the videos using the “Import” button. Following this, drag the video into the timeline and use the “Effects” tab to access the Voice Changer options.

Step 2.Add Voice Changer Effects from the Media Panel

On accessing the “Effects” tab, look for the “Audio Effects” section and open the “Voice Changer” category. Drag any particular voice filter or character filter to the timeline to make changes to your video’s audio.

Step 3.Change Voice or Video Sound from Audio Settings

Conversely, you can access this particular feature by selecting the video and navigating into the “Audio” settings. Look for the “Voice Changer” section to lead to the respective settings. When in the “Voice Filters” section, click any particular effect to make changes to your video’s sound. You can also set the “level strength” and “level noise” settings with the sliders.
