Refine Keyframed Motion With Blur in Filmora

Use the controls below to smooth animated movement and shape how the blur appears:

Step 1. Add the Video to the Timeline

Import your video into Filmora and drag it onto the Timeline. Select the clip to open its editing controls in the panel on the right.

Step 2. Create the Keyframed Movement

Go to Video > Basic > Transform and place the playhead where the motion should begin. Click the diamond Keyframe icon beside Position, Scale, Anchor Point, or Rotate. Move forward on the timeline and change the selected value to create the next keyframe.

Step 3. Enable and Adjust Motion Blur

Scroll down to Motion Blur and switch it on. Adjust Shutter Angle to control how much blur appears, use Shutter Phase to change where the blur falls around the movement, and set Samples to refine how smoothly the effect is rendered.

Step 4. Review the Result and Export

Play the keyframed section and check whether the motion and blur look natural together. Make any final adjustments if needed, then click Export to save the finished video.
