Edit Live Photos on Mac
Filmora for Mac allows you to import Live Photos, which the program will then convert into video by adding them to the timeline. You can edit or export the video according to your preferences.
If you're having trouble converting Live Photos to video, follow this guide to learn how to import, edit, and transfer your Live Photos into a video.
Step 1: Import Live Photos
Method 1: Use the Data Cable
Connect a data cable between the iPhone device and your Mac computer, and import the cinematic video through "Import from Camera or a Phone".

Choose the phone device and Live Photo, scroll down your photo album and choose the live photo, click Import.

After importing, the live photo will be added to the project media area. Filmora will convert the imported live photo into one photo and one video. You can now add the video to the timeline.

Method 2: Use Photos Library
Click on the Photos library and select Live Photos. Filmora will synchronize your live photos from the local album to the Photos Library.

Click on Live Photos to preview the live photo in the preview window.
