AI Smart Masking in Filmora for Mac
AI Smart Masking in Filmora is an advanced editing feature that simplifies how users isolate and highlight specific parts of a video. Traditionally, masking required precise manual work to trace objects frame by frame, but Filmora’s AI-powered system automates this process with intelligent detection. It can identify subjects such as people or objects and separate them from the background with impressive accuracy.
This allows editors to create cinematic effects, focus attention on key elements, or apply selective edits without complex manual adjustments. Ideal for creative storytelling, it brings professional-level masking control to everyday video editing workflows.
