Step 1. Import Video to Filmora Mac

After setting up a new project, import your video clip using the Import button and drag it onto the timeline.

Step 2. Enable and Manage Stabilization

Look for the Stabilization option in the Basic settings of the Video property panel. Enable it, choose an appropriate Mode using the drop-down, and adjust the Smoothness using the slider.
