Take a Snapshot of a Video Clip
You can take a photo snapshot in the Preview window when selecting a specific frame on the timeline.
Capture Snapshot in the Preview Window
- Select the video in the timeline, click the play icon in the Preview window, and pause when you get to the frame you want to take a snapshot of.
- Click the camera icon under the Preview window to take a snapshot.
- The snapshot photo is automatically added as a still image in the project library. Right-click on the snapshot photo in the media library and select Reveal in Explorer to find the exact saving location.
Note:
You can also click the camera without pausing first. The snapshot will be saved in .png format.Related Posts
