Add Effects Mask for Windows
Filmora's masking feature is a professional-grade and efficient technique to hide an object while editing the other. Users can apply different effects, transitions, and much more on a single object in a video through it. However, sometimes, you need more time for the precision masking. Locating and Applying Mask Effects

Step 1: Create a New Project in Filmora
To start editing in Filmora, launch the software on your device after installing it. Afterward, click the "New Project" tab on the main menu to access its primary editing interface.

Step 2: Import Media to Timeline
After creating a new project, click the "Import" button in the Project Media category and choose files to import. Bring these files to the timeline panel using the drag-and-drop technique.

Step 3: Access the Effects Mask
Now, click the clip in the timeline and navigate towards the "Effects" tab, and in the search bar, write "Effects Mask".

Step 4: Drag and Drop the Desired Mask Effect
