Light for Windows
Adjusting the light elements in your media is essential as it will affect the clarity of objects and overall media. Filmora has many adjustment categories under the "Light" section, allowing users to set their values accordingly. In this guide, you'll learn about what factors you can control under its light section:
Accessing the Light Section
The only question that remains is where to find the "Light" settings in Filmora's interface, and here is a step-by-step guide for that:
Step 1: Drop Media in the Timeline
Start by launching the application on your device and hitting the "New Project" button to reach the editing interface. Utilizing your mouse, drag and release the imported media to the timeline.

Step 2: Enable the Light Option
Click on the video in the timeline and navigate towards the settings panel on the right side of the editing window. Within the "Color > Basic" tab, scroll down until you locate the "Light" section and enable it. In this section, you can manipulate "Exposure", "Brightness", "Contrast", "Highlight", "Shadow", "White", and "Black" elements.
