Step 1. Create a New Project

From the top toolbar, select the Titles tab to access the text library. Choose your preferred text category from the options displayed on the left side. Choose a title preset from the library and click the + icon to add it to the timeline. Next, open the Text section from the properties panel on the right side and enter your desired text. How to Edit Added Text

Filmora allows users to modify and adjust text settings after applying them to the video. Follow the steps provided below to learn how to modify the added text:

Step 1. Access the Text Properties

Select the text layer from the timeline and open the properties panel on the right side. Use the text box to update or replace the written content.

To control how long the text appears on the screen, drag the edges of the text track directly on the timeline to increase or decrease its duration.
